• We pressure wash entire house.
• We seal and condition.*
• We extensively caulk settlement cracks and all windows.
• We take care of all rust areas.
• We cover and tape up objects such as bushes, lights, and any tile area.
• We paint the upper part of the house i.e. the soffit, drip edge, and facia.
• We then roll the body and cut it in twice.
• Finally, we repaint all of your trim bands twice, your front door and garage doors twice, and the front and back porch floors and ceilings twice.

*We seal and condition the entire concrete/stucco areas, which is a water protective barrier and also a conditioner ready for the paint. We even prevent water penetration due to hurricane driven winds with our preparation techniques!
